FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
LAB DIAMONDS
Lab-grown and natural diamonds share identical physical, chemical and optical characteristics. The main difference is their origin: lab diamonds are created in controlled laboratory environments, while natural diamonds form underground over millions of years. Lab-grown diamonds provide an ethical alternative without traditional mining.
Moissanite is a different gemstone with a separate chemical composition. Diamonds rank 10 on the Mohs hardness scale, while moissanite normally ranks between 9.25 and 9.5. Moissanite has strong brilliance, but its optical appearance and pricing are different from lab-grown diamonds.
Lab-grown diamonds avoid the large-scale excavation and ecological impact associated with traditional mining. They also provide a transparent and ethical option without conflict mining or unsafe mining conditions.
Most of our lab-grown diamonds include an official IGI grading report. GIA-certified lab diamonds may also be arranged by special request. Available digital and physical grading documentation will be provided with the finished order.
Yes. We offer fancy colored lab-grown diamonds in shades including yellow, blue, green, purple and pink. Availability depends on the requested shape, carat weight, color and production requirements.
We are a Hong Kong registered brand with an integrated production and processing supply chain based in mainland China. Our factory-to-customer model reduces unnecessary intermediary costs. Eligible lab-grown diamonds include professional grading documentation.
Lab-grown gemstones are created in controlled laboratory environments and have comparable chemical composition, crystal structure, hardness and optical performance to their natural counterparts. Our lab-grown gemstones are supplied with relevant professional certification where applicable.
Yes. Custom gemstone colors may be produced according to your preferred tone and design. Please contact our service team to confirm the requested color, gemstone size, production time and pricing.
Yes. We can discuss lab-grown diamonds with designated carat weights and measurements. Because each custom stone is produced for individual specifications, additional production charges and lead time may apply.
SETTINGS + METALS
We supply premium 14K and 18K solid gold in white, yellow and rose tones, alongside genuine platinum. Two-tone mixed-gold ring mountings can be arranged without any additional surcharge. Our standard base quotation is calculated based on 9K gold as the baseline metal.
- 18K gold boasts richer, warmer tones and superior color stability after long-term wear, with a relatively soft texture.
- 14K gold offers well-balanced color and hardness, making it ideal for everyday wear.
You can choose 14K or 18K gold instead if you have other preferences.
A two-tone setting features the stone basket in one metal tone, mostly white gold, and the band in a contrasting shade such as yellow or rose gold. For stable compatibility, gold can only be matched with the same karat grade: 14K with 14K, and 18K with 18K.
Absolutely. Bespoke customization for your preferred ring styles is fully supported. Feel free to get in touch with our customer service team and share reference materials, including photos, videos or hand-drawn sketches of your ideal design. Our professional jewelry designers will provide one-on-one guidance to turn your unique vision into a finished jewelry piece.
Platinum naturally comes in only one cool silvery-white tone, with no alternative color variations. Unlike 14K and 18K gold, which can be crafted into yellow, rose or white finishes, platinum retains its inherent silvery metallic hue without additional plating or color treatment.
