1. Order Processing & Production Lead Time

Every piece at Jomomo is custom‑made and undergoes strict craftsmanship verification and quality inspection before shipment.

Our standard production lead time is 30 working days. For customers with urgent delivery needs, expedited rush production services are available at an additional fee, subject to gemstone stock availability and design complexity:

  • 15 working days rush production: +$200 USD
  • 7 working days rush production: +$300 USD

All rush orders receive priority scheduling in our production workflow. We shorten crafting and inspection timelines while retaining our premium quality standards. Final rush order availability will be confirmed case‑by‑case after order placement. All production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed completion dates.

2. Global Shipping & Delivery Time

Once production and quality checks are fully completed, all orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express for fast, secure, and fully trackable international delivery.

Standard transit time: 5–7 business days worldwide.

Full door‑to‑door tracking provided once your order ships.

Minor delays may occasionally occur due to local customs procedures, public holidays, or regional logistics updates, which fall outside our control. All stated transit timelines are estimated and not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer once the package is handed over to DHL Express courier.

3. Duty & Tax Prepayment (DDP Service)

We offer full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for most international orders.

Jomomo prepays estimated import duties, customs fees, and local taxes in advance.

In the vast majority of cases, customers will receive their packages with zero additional charges or hidden fees upon delivery. In rare exceptional circumstances such as random customs audit, destination‑specific regulatory changes, additional duties or taxes may apply, which are outside our reasonable control and shall be borne by the buyer. We will endeavour to notify you promptly should such extra charges arise.

Each jewelry piece is carefully packed with layered protective and luxury packaging to avoid scratches, impact damage, or transit wear:

5. Return Shipping Method

For approved returns or exchanges, customers may ship items back via:

Risk of loss, theft or damage during return transit remains with the customer until the goods are physically received and inspected at our designated warehouse.
